Middleton’s Heating & Cooling is a well-established family owned company that performs installations of heating and cooling systems in the Geelong, Ballarat, Surfcoast and surrounding areas of Victoria.
This position is based in Geelong.
As a member of our Sales team, you would be responsible for:
- Sales of domestic heating and/or cooling systems, including designing of the system to suit the client’s requirements
- Preparation and follow up of quotes
- Maintenance and records of all sales, quotes as well as prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities
- Providing input into sales strategies, based on the current marketplace
- Continuing our strong relationship with our existing network of builders and build relationships with prospective builders
Applicants will need to possess high levels of enthusiasm and energy as well as have excellent communication skills and be highly driven.

- Willingness to perform sales quotations at prearranged times as required by the company and customer
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry, in either a sales or installer-type capacity
- A willingness to succeed and be driven by sales
